2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Confseries platform—including trademarks, graphics, logos, layouts, and proprietary content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Confseries Publishers.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for academic and non-commercial use only.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, translation, or distribution of materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
Unless stated otherwise, content is distributed under the CC BY-NC license, allowing reuse with attribution for non-commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities

Data Collection may include: personal details (name, email, affiliation), usage analytics, and referral sources.
Data Usage is limited to improving platform features, internal analytics, and generating anonymized statistics. Confseries does not sell or trade personal data.

5. Payment Security
All financial transactions are processed via secure, verified gateways. Confseries does not store sensitive financial data.
6. Service Availability
Confseries aims for uninterrupted service but may face disruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. The platform is not liable for such outages.
7. Payments & Refunds
Article Processing Charges (APCs) are payable only after manuscript acceptance.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds after acceptance or once final proof is generated.
- Withdrawals before peer review may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to processing fees.
8. Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests must be made through the registered email address.
Post-peer review withdrawals may incur penalties. Unethical withdrawals, such as duplicate submissions, may lead to blacklisting.
9. Author Responsibilities
Authors are required to:
- Respond to proofs and invoices within 7 days
- Approve final proofs before publication
- Ensure timely payment of APCs
- Maintain professional communication
Failure to comply may result in delays, retractions, or rejection of future submissions.
10. Retraction & Ethical Violations
Confseries enforces a zero-tolerance policy against misconduct such as:
- Plagiarism or duplicate submissions
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Manipulation of figures or results
- Improper authorship practices
- Citation manipulation
Investigation Process: Allegations are reviewed, and authors may be asked for evidence. Outcomes may include article retraction, notification of institutions, submission bans, or referral to ethics committees.

The views expressed in published articles are solely those of the authors and do not reflect Confseries positions.
Confseries does not endorse external advertisements or third-party products.
