Advancing Open Access Scholarly Excellence

Our Peer Review Process

ConfSeries is an open-access academic publishing platform committed to ensuring quality, transparency, and ethical integrity in scholarly communication. Every submitted manuscript undergoes a structured peer-review process, as outlined below.

  • Manuscript Submission
Authors submit manuscripts through the ConfSeries submission platform. Submissions must comply with the journal's scope, author guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Editorial Office Initial Check
Each new submission undergoes an initial assessment to verify:
    • Relevance to the journal's aims and scope
    • Completeness of required documents
    • Compliance with formatting guidelines
    • Originality through plagiarism screening
    • Absence of ethical or legal concerns

Manuscripts with significant issues (such as plagiarism or ethical concerns) are rejected at this stage. Suitable submissions proceed to peer review.

  • Peer Review Initiation
    After initial screening:
    • A handling editor is assigned
    • Independent reviewers are selected based on expertise
    • The manuscript is sent for evaluation
ConfSeries follows a single-anonymized peer review model where reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.
  • Reviewer Assessment
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:
    • Scientific originality and relevance
    • Methodological rigor
    • Clarity and structure of presentation
    • Validity of results and conclusions
    • Ethical compliance
Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations to support editorial decisions.
  • Editorial Decision
Authors are notified of the decision along with reviewer and editor comments.
Based on reviewer feedback, one of the following decisions is made:
    • Acceptance
    • Minor Revision
    • Major Revision
    • Rejection
Authors receive consolidated feedback explaining the decision.
  • Revision and Re-evaluation
    For revised manuscripts:
    • Authors submit a revised version with a point-by-point response.
    • Major revisions may undergo further review.
    • Revised manuscripts may undergo further evaluation before a final decision is made.
    • Manuscripts not meeting required standards may be rejected.
  • Acceptance and Publication
    Accepted manuscripts proceed to publication:
    • Copyediting and formatting
    • Final author approval
    • Online publication
