ConfSeries Journals follows a Gold Open Access publishing model, ensuring that all published articles are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication.

Readers are permitted to:

  • Read articles without subscription or registration.

  • Cite and reuse published content in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence while providing appropriate attribution.

Open access enhances the visibility, accessibility, and dissemination of scholarly research while supporting wider scientific communication and collaboration.

Authors retain the copyright of their published work.

Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant ConfSeries the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and preserve the article as part of the scholarly record.

Unless otherwise specified by the journal, articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

Under this license:

  • Proper attribution to the original work is required.

Peer Review Policy

ConfSeries follows a single-anonymized peer review process in which reviewer identities remain confidential while author identities are disclosed to reviewers.

    Every submission undergoes:

  • Initial editorial assessment for scope, quality, formatting, and ethical compliance.
  • Plagiarism screening where applicable.
  • Independent evaluation by qualified subject experts.
  • Editorial decision based on reviewer recommendations and editorial assessment.

    Possible editorial decisions include:

Article Processing Charges (APC)

ConfSeries Journals operates under a Gold Open Access publishing model.

    Where applicable, Article Processing Charges (APCs) help support:

  • Editorial management

  • Copyediting and production
  • Online publication
  • Long-term hosting and preservation

No submission fee is charged unless explicitly stated by the journal.

Applicable publication fees are communicated during the editorial process following editorial evaluation.

Where publication fee assistance is available, requests will be reviewed individually in accordance with the journal's applicable publication policies.
