Resources for Reviewers
Maintaining Confidentiality
All manuscripts must be treated as confidential. Content should not be shared, stored, or discussed without prior permission from the Editor. Reviewer identities are protected under our double-blind review policy.
Reviewing Within Your Expertise
Review invitations should be accepted only if the manuscript aligns with the reviewer's area of expertise. If it falls outside your knowledge, it is best to decline promptly to ensure an accurate and fair evaluation.
Providing Constructive Feedback
Reviews should be impartial, respectful, and supported by scientific reasoning. Feedback should highlight strengths, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements. Biased or offensive language is strictly prohibited.
Timely and Responsible Reviews
Reviews must be submitted within the agreed timeframe. If delays occur, reviewers should inform the editorial office promptly. Reviewers are expected to respond professionally to any follow-up questions.
Upholding Ethical Standards
Any suspected plagiarism, data falsification, or ethical concerns should be reported immediately. Reviewers must evaluate work solely on its scholarly merit, without influence from the author's background or affiliation.
Declaring Conflicts of Interest
Potential conflicts—financial, institutional, or personal-must be disclosed to the Editor. Reviewers should recuse themselves if impartiality cannot be guaranteed.
Maintaining Open Communication
Professional and timely communication with the editorial team is essential. Reviewers should remain responsive and engaged throughout the review process.
Reviewer Contribution
Your expertise is invaluable in sustaining Confseries commitment to rigorous, transparent, and ethical publishing. We sincerely appreciate your contribution to advancing global research.
