Commitment to Ethical Publishing
At Confseries Journals, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of ethical publishing and academic excellence. Our submission guidelines are designed to help authors prepare manuscripts that demonstrate originality, professionalism, and scholarly value.
Originality & Author Responsibility
Manuscripts must present original research that has not been published elsewhere or submitted simultaneously to another journal. Authors are fully accountable for the accuracy, reliability, and authenticity of their work.
Research Quality & Transparency
Submissions should include well-structured data, tables, figures, and supplementary materials that allow for reproducibility. Authors are strongly encouraged to share datasets and supporting documentation to facilitate peer validation.
Ethical Submission Practices
Manuscripts must be exclusive to Confseries during the review process. Authors should declare any prior dissemination (e.g., preprints, conference proceedings) and consult the editorial office if uncertain about scope or formatting.
Authorship & Contribution
Each author must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the research. Contributions may include study design, data collection, analysis, or manuscript preparation. Others who supported the work but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
Role of the Corresponding Author
The corresponding author is responsible for communicating with the journal, ensuring accuracy in manuscript details, coordinating revisions, and confirming that all co-authors approve the submission and final version.
Plagiarism & Redundant Publication
All submissions undergo plagiarism checks. Authors must avoid duplicate or redundant publication and ensure that all reused text, data, or figures are properly cited.
Conflicts of Interest & Funding Disclosure
Authors must disclose all financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence their work, including sources of funding. Transparency is essential to maintain trust in the publication process.
Copyright & Permissions
If third-party content (such as figures, tables, or text excerpts) is included, authors are required to secure permissions from copyright holders and provide the necessary documentation.
Corrections & Post-Publication Updates
If errors or ethical issues are identified after publication, authors are expected to collaborate with the editorial team to issue corrections, retractions, or errata. In cases of confirmed misconduct, Confseries reserves the right to retract articles.
