Dr. Rania Ahmad Azzam Mousa Hamed is a Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan. She received her Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa, USA, her M.Sc. in Clinical Chemistry from the University of Scranton, USA, and her B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Jordan University of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on dermal and transdermal drug delivery, topical formulations, microneedle-based delivery systems, nanoemulsions, hydrogels, green pharmaceutical technologies, and advanced pharmaceutical formulations. Her research has also extended to cosmetic applications, hair-growth formulations, skin delivery systems, and cosmeceutical delivery technologies. She has supervised numerous graduate research projects involving acne formulations, hair growth, skin inflammation, topical delivery, microneedles, and dermal formulations. Dr. Hamed has an extensive publication record in pharmaceutical technology, topical and transdermal delivery, nanotechnology, cosmetic applications, and related areas. She has also received research grants and served in several academic, professional, and scientific committees.

Dr. Byung Chull An received his Ph.D. in Biomaterials Engineering from Korea University in 2010. He completed postdoctoral training at UMass Medical School (USA) and the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology before serving as an Assistant Professor at Chonnam National University Medical School. He is currently a Senior Researcher at Cell Biotech Co., Ltd. His research focuses on probiotic-based therapeutics, biomaterials, drug delivery systems, skin regeneration, cosmetic biotechnology, epidermal growth factor (EGF), stem cell biology, cancer therapeutics, and microbiome-based biomedical applications. He has published more than 47 scientific papers and holds multiple Korean and U.S. patents.

Dr. Abdul Qayum is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Food Science at the College of Food Science and Engineering, Shandong Agricultural University, China. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Science from Northeast Agricultural University, where his research focused on the stability assessment of alpha-lactalbumin-loaded emulsions and emulsion gels. His current research centers on developing self-healing injectable hydrogels for diabetic wound healing. Dr. Qayum has extensive expertise in food processing, analytical chemistry, nutritional biochemistry, emulsions, hydrogels, functional foods, nutraceuticals, cosmetic creams and lotions, hair growth, and scalp disorders. He has authored over 100 research and review articles and actively collaborates on interdisciplinary research integrating food science, pharmacology, dermatology, and cosmetic sciences.

He has also received several awards recognizing his research excellence and publication achievements.

Prof. Univ. Dr. Laura Gheucă Solovăstru is a senior dermatologist, Professor of Dermatology at the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iași, and Head of the Dermatology Clinic at Sf. Spiridon Emergency Hospital. She is a recognized expert in clinical dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, dermato-oncology, cosmetology, and trichology. Her academic and clinical career spans more than three decades, during which she has trained numerous medical students and dermatology residents and contributed extensively to dermatological research and education. She is actively involved in international dermatology organizations and has authored numerous scientific publications, books, and conference presentations related to dermatology, cosmetic science, skin diseases, and hair disorders.
