Introduction

Confseries is dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly research with integrity, clarity, and global relevance. These Author Guidelines are designed to assist contributors in preparing manuscripts that meet academic standards and support a smooth peer review and publication process.

Authors are strongly encouraged to review these guidelines carefully before submission to ensure compliance with journal expectations.

1. Scope and Relevance

Before preparing a manuscript, authors should confirm that their work aligns with the aims and scope of the selected Confseries journal. Submissions must clearly demonstrate originality, relevance, and a meaningful contribution to the field.

A brief explanation of the manuscript's significance and suitability for the journal should be included in the cover letter.

2. Writing Quality and Structure

Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional English and organized logically. Authors should use appropriate headings and subheadings to guide readers through the research.

Clarity, coherence, and precision are essential. The manuscript should present a well-structured narrative from introduction to conclusion.

3. Compliance with Journal Standards

Authors must adhere to all formatting, ethical, and reporting requirements specified by Confseries. Manuscripts that do not meet these standards may be returned for revision before peer review.

Consistency in terminology, units, abbreviations, and referencing style is required throughout the manuscript.

4. Originality and Ethical Compliance

Authors must submit only original work that is not being considered elsewhere, and they are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete citations for all referenced material.

Confseries enforces strict policies against:

  • Plagiarism
  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Misrepresentation of results

For studies involving human participants or animals:

  • Ethical approval must be obtained and stated
  • Informed consent must be confirmed where applicable

5. Data Transparency and Reproducibility

Authors are encouraged to promote transparency by making underlying data accessible. A data availability statement should be included, specifying where data, materials, or code can be accessed.

The methodology should be described in sufficient detail to allow independent verification of results.
