Dr. Ashraf M. A. Qasem is an Assistant Professor at Zarqa University, Jordan. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacy and Pharmacology with specialization in Natural Products Chemistry from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. His research focuses on the discovery of bioactive compounds from medicinal plants, natural products chemistry, chromatographic isolation, structural elucidation using NMR and mass spectrometry, medicinal chemistry, and structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies for the development of novel therapeutic agents. He has published in leading international journals and has presented his research at numerous international scientific conferences.
