This commentary highlights the multifaceted nature of mental health issues during adolescence, exploring how social media, stigma, and limited access to care contribute to rising rates of anxiety, depression, and self-harm. It also emphasizes the importance of early intervention, mental health literacy, and cross-sector collaboration in promoting resilience and well-being.
