For Speakers:

Time-sensitive opportunities are now open! Claim your speaker slot by submitting through our dedicated registration portal. Availability is strictly limited and allocated based on submission order.

Payment Process:

Finalize your conference attendance by completing the required payment as specified in your registration package. This step is essential to confirm your place at the event.

Agenda and Speaker Updates

Confseries reserves the discretion to make changes to the event agenda or speaker roster in response to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will not incur liability for any resulting inconvenience.

Conference Rescheduling Policy

If the event is postponed, registered attendees have the option to withdraw without facing cancellation charges. Please note that confseries will not reimburse any personal costs incurred due to rescheduling.

Presentation Slot Policy

To ensure your place as a speaker, it is advised to complete the online registration at the earliest opportunity. Presentation opportunities are granted in the order registrations are received.

Professional Conduct Guidelines

Confseries is committed to maintaining a courteous and professional atmosphere. Participants engaging in inappropriate conduct may be disqualified from the event, and no refunds will be issued.

How to Register

  • Online Registration: Fill out the registration form available on the official website and proceed with payment via credit/debit card or PayPal.
  • Offline Registration: Request an invoice from the conference coordinator and pay through bank transfer.
  • Registration Timeline: Registrations are accepted up to the start date of the event. All mandatory fields in the form must be completed.
  • Payment Acknowledgment: Payment receipts will be issued within 24 to 48 hours after the transaction is successfully processed.
  • Marketing Consent: By completing registration, participants authorize Confseries to use their institutional or organizational details, including logos, for marketing and promotional use.

Media & Press Policy

  • Press Credentials: Access is restricted and requires advance written authorization from the Confseries Organizing Panel.
  • Use of Quotes and Content: Journalists and media personnel must receive clear permission before citing speakers or attendees in any publications.
  • Neutrality Clause: Confseries operates independently as a non-profit body and has no connections with for-profit conference management firms.

Insurance Advisory

Participants are encouraged to secure personal insurance for travel, health, and belongings. Confseries is not liable for any losses, theft, damage, or personal inconveniences during the event.

Visa Assistance – Invitation Letters

International delegates can request an official invitation letter for visa purposes upon fulfilling the following:

Completing the full event registration.

Sending an email to support@confseries.net with:

  • Full legal name (as shown in passport)
  • Organization/Institution affiliation
  • Passport number and a clear scanned copy
  • Nationality and contact information
  • Purpose of attendance (e.g., Presenter, Attendee, Speaker, Exhibitor)
Important Notes:
  • Letters will be emailed in PDF format.
  • Confseries does not coordinate with embassies; visa acquisition is entirely the attendee’s responsibility.
  • To prevent delays, it is best to apply for a business visa as soon as registration is completed.

Cancellation, Postponement, and Registration Transfer Policy

All formal requests must be directed via email to support@confseries.net.

Cancellation Clause

In case the event is canceled by Confseries, a full credit (100%) will be provided to use toward any future Confseries event within 12 months.

Rescheduling Policy

If participants cannot attend on the new dates due to rescheduling, a 100% event credit will be granted for use within a year.

Registration Transfers

  • Registrations may be transferred within the same organization upon a formal request, including the new participant’s full name, position, and contact.
  • Cross-event transfers are accepted if initiated at least 15 days before the new event.
  • Transferred registrations are non-refundable.
  • Visa Guidance

    Due to potential delays from increased security processes, international attendees are strongly encouraged to begin their visa process promptly. Confseries does not mediate with consulates or embassies; acquiring a Business Visa remains the sole responsibility of the applicant.
