Dr. Roxana Plesa is an accomplished academic and behavior analyst with over 18 years of university teaching and research experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Babeș-Bolyai University, Romania, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Psychology. Currently a Lecturer at the University of Petroșani, Romania, and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in the United States, Dr. Plesa integrates academic expertise with applied behavioral practice. Her professional journey spans social psychology, education, and clinical intervention, focusing on improving learning outcomes and quality of life for individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. She also serves as Chief Editor for the Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies and Academic Editor for the Asian Journal of Sociological Research.
