Madhab Chandra Jena is an author and researcher born in Ishanpur, Jajpur, Odisha in 1980. He is the founder of Om Krishna Arts and Science Research Association. He has a good contribution in the field of technological research and literature.His professional career includes Technical head, Plant head and COO in companies like ACC cement ltd, ITC limited, Everest Industries Ltd and RPL. He is the author of two books in Odia namely “Aloka” and “Kharabela o pheribala”. His other books in English are God and Ghost, Black and others, The bitter earth, The bitter God, Let me go to hell etc. His poetry and short stories have been published in magazines time to time i.e., in Londongrip” “Muse India”, “The challenge”, “Indian Review”, “Verbal Art”, “phenomenal Literature”, “Ame Odia”, “Aaina” etc. His research papers are published in Wiley, Springer, Taylor Francis and Elsevier etc. He introduced important concepts like Hat curve of reliability used for failure analysis, EEE impact analysis used for energy sustainability analysis. RISCC model used for business risk analysis and control, TIA analysis used for Time Impact analysis, RCA pyramid analysis used for root cause analysis , 5 pillars of SHE( safety Health and Environment) used for effective SHE management system, POP index used for plant overall performance evaluation and bench marking. He serves editorial board member of different peer reviewed journals published by Wiley, Taylor Francis etc.
