Prof. Aura Rusu is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology of Târgu MureČ™, Romania. Her academic journey spans more than two decades, with advanced qualifications in Pharmacy, Quality Management, and Drug Design. She coordinates courses in Pharmaceutical and Therapeutic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Drug Design.
Her research interests focus on pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry, antibacterial agents, metal complexes, analytical chemistry, and drug design.
She has authored 14 books and over 80 peer-reviewed papers (Impact Factor: 142.69, H-index: 18), serves as a reviewer for more than 30 international journals, and has been Guest Editor for MDPI journals such as Pharmaceutics, Molecules, and Cosmetics.
